Last reviewed: 16 July 2026

This statement applies to the public website at solihullcancersupport.org.

Our accessibility aim

We want the website to be usable by as many people as possible. The design targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.

What you should be able to do

  • Navigate the main website using a keyboard.
  • Zoom text and page content without losing important information.
  • Use common screen readers with headings, landmarks and form labels.
  • Use the site with reduced-motion preferences enabled.
  • Read content written in plain language with visible focus and strong colour contrast.

Compliance status

The website has been checked with automated tests, keyboard navigation and desktop and mobile reviews against WCAG 2.2 AA. It has not received independent accessibility certification.

Known limitations

  • Some documents and third-party PDF files linked from the Resources page may have accessibility limitations outside the charity’s control.
  • External websites opened from this site have their own accessibility standards and controls.

Report a problem or request another format

If any content is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, email info@solihullcancersupport.org or call the number on the Contact page. Please include the page address and describe what you need.
