What volunteering looks like in a typical month

Twice a month
Help at meeting evenings: set up the room, welcome arrivals, sit with people and listen. About 2 hours per meeting.

Quarterly
Help with seasonal events, awareness mornings and the December gathering. About half a day each.

As you can
Befriender role: call or visit a member who can't make meetings. As much or as little as you have time for.
