We are a local charitable support group in Solihull. Our team uses personal information only to help patients, families, friends, supporters, participants and inquirers get practical support, stay informed, and stay safe.

What personal data we collect

  • Newsletter signups and email addresses for updates.
  • Website analytics signals such as anonymised page usage metrics.

How long we keep data

We keep general enquiry and volunteer records only for as long as needed to respond to the request, usually up to 2 years.

Safeguarding messages are retained only as long as the safeguarding case needs handling, reviewed against retention and legal needs.
