What to expect when you come along

Our twice-monthly meeting is easy to step into. You can sit and listen first.

If you're coming for the first time, here's what to expect…

  • No pressure to speak - listening is always welcome.
  • A calm welcome, clear room signage and time to settle in.
  • Patients, survivors, relatives, friends and bereaved people are all welcome.
  • No referral needed. No fees. Just turn up - or call ahead if you'd like a friendly chat first.
  • Free parking, step-free entry and accessible facilities.
  • We meet from 7.30pm to 9pm on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.
