What to expect when you come along

Our monthly meeting is easy to step into. You can sit and listen first.

If you're coming for the first time, here's what to expect…

  • No pressure to speak - listening is always welcome.
  • A calm welcome, clear room signage and time to settle in.
  • Patients, survivors, relatives, friends and bereaved people are all welcome.
  • No referral needed. No fees. Just turn up - or call ahead if you'd like a friendly chat first.
  • Free parking, step-free entry and accessible facilities.
  • We meet 7pm to 9pm on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
