How to make a complaint

Trustee meetings and approach
The board of trustees meets at least quarterly to oversee the charity's work and review financial performance. Trustee meetings are minuted; minutes are available on request via info@solihullcancersupport.org. The approach is practical: keep support local, confidential where needed, and accountable to the people who use the group.
